Sr Consultant Full-time Job

Full Job Descriptioninsightful analysis and expertise in scientific and commercial aspects of oncology markets across CI and consulting projects. Would also entail engaging as subject matter expert across IQVIA project teams Project management responsibilities including planning and stakeholder management. Principal Accountabilities 1. Subject matter expert for oncology CI, consulting, and commercial projects 2. Contribute to the development of client focused methodologies and logical story boarding for high quality solutions to client questions through (a)Use of domain knowledge, (b) rigorous secondary market research (including, but not limited to pipeline research, treatment landscapes, trial analysis, company analysis, etc.) (c) business analytical tools, and (d) advanced data analytics (by utilizing internal IQVIA proprietary datasets and external resources). 3. Undertake critical review of deliverables/reports developed by Consultant and provides inputs from sense check, client focus and strategic perspectives 4. Responsible for insight generation and critical perspective for deliverable and contribute to team development through trainings and mentoring 5. Continuously engage with the clients for feedbacks and identifying new areas of engagement 6. Develop marketing collaterals, white papers, thought leadership reports and new offerings aimed at increasing the visibility of and business for the team 7. Proactively continues to develop advanced leadership/people management through participation in online webinars, newsletters, participation and delivery of knowledge sharing sessions. 8. Develop growth path for individual contributors and mentor the team to deliver higher performance 9. Identify and pursue potential newer areas of growth and expansion – newer stakeholders and new offerings
