This role will sit within the Marketing Analytics team and be accountable fdata analytics that provide business insights to make data driven marketing decisions. It will require technical skills as this role will be expected to help drive the discovery, analysis, and execution of best practices fPearsons data strategy. The role will be a critical addition to the marketing analytics team. The primary responsibilities involve bringing disparate data from multiple data sources and creating ble data fthe insights and analytics team. This person will work closely with the rest of the analytic team in optimizing/automating queries that feed into dashboards and models. Main activities responsibilities: Integrate data sources into the analytic data mart.

Join data sources to create audience views, product views and consumer behavior.

Partner with Insights and Reporting analysts on optimizing and automating queries fdashboards, segmentation and other modeling efforts.

Build a thorough understanding of how data is organized, how users should be using and thinking about the data.

Leverage machine learning capabilities to help bring data into action with our performance marketing team.

Performing other duties as assigned apparent.

Qualifications Qualifications, experience and personal specification Big Query (similar) guru & comfort with large record data sets

Strong quantitative and analytic ability with attention to detail.

Strong problem solving ability including generating hypotheses, conducting root cause analysis and Developerping actionable recommendations.

Willingness to do detailed work as well as higher level strategic analysis.

Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate information to diverse audiences.

Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and become a trusted business partner.

Results oriented with the ability to organize and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective time management and prioritization skills including estimating appropriate time ftasks and deliverables, creating focus, eliminating roadblocks and consistently meeting deadlines.
