Coordinates/works towards mitigating any revenue impact downstream We are currently looking for the role of a Senior Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer/ Assistant Manager – Art at IMS with a profound experience of 7-13 years. Prior experience in digital marketing will be considered a plus. As a Senior Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer/Assistant Manager -Art, you should be able to: Understand digital sales & communication, be part as well as contribute to ideation sessions/brainstorming. To conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. Manage an entire campaign, not just the production of specific pieces, and demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines. Deciding on visual language for the global market and then tweak/localize them to suit different regions/clusters. Reviewing and guiding junior designer's work. Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. Work along with copywriters, designers, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. Have an eye for detail in design and work towards an on-time delivery of assets. What will your day look like? Multitasking a wide range of work that ranges from Icon/Logo design to Video development. Creates professional designs and layouts for Infographics, Emailers, Social Media Posts, Videos, Flyer/Brochure (both digital and print), Advertisements, Posters, Logos, Icons/Illustrations and other visual layouts. Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies. Minimum Qualifications:Prior experience in Digital Marketing is a must. Any Graduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts with a thorough knowledge on Digital and Marketing Communications and its performance. An experience in B2B marketing is a great plus. A thorough knowledge on data visualization: Infographics, Charts and Graphs. Up to date with industry-leading software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch (not mandatory). Experience in basic video editing skills will be considered a plus. Highly proficient in all design aspects. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
