Job Description a) Prepare Test Plan and Estimates for test activities for assigned project(s)

b) Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, mitigation and/or contingency plan in a timely manner

c) Contribute to all aspects of QA activities for integration, end-to-end test process and Post Go-Live support

d) Provide end-user support w.r.t the systems of SAP ERP through the IT Helpdesk application

e) Purchasing related activities related to IT

f) Workflow configuration for purchase and sales order management in SAP ERP based on management circular changes

g) Preparation of SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) & User manual for SAP related implementations

h) Contributes to metric/status reports (test execution, defect, test summary, requirement traceability matrix etc.) based on defined standards

i) Adhere to defect management process
