Have you operated and supported design and implemented Cisco infrastructure to provide voice, video, and contact center services? If so, then we are excited to hear from you! What you will do:Provides day to day operational technical support for the delivery of voice, video, and contact center services to Enbridge, including 24 hour on-call support.Manages the team queue to ensure timely resolution of Network telephony problems by applying standard troubleshooting proceduresPerforms initial telephony technology evaluation and pre-implementation testing of hardware and software.Implements telephony POC designs into full-scale production systems involving configuration and deployment of Enterprise Cisco VoIP/Video Unified Communications and Contact Center PlatformsDevelops and builds network design documentation and diagrams of telephony infrastructureProvides technical consulting services on VoIP and Video technology to business clientsProject manages small, medium, and large-scale IT Voice and Video projectsProvides IT Telecom contract and vendor management services; liase with service providersCommunicates written and verbal technicaltopics and situations effectively to both technical and non-technical audienceWho you are:You have:A College/University Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field5+ years hands on experience with Cisco Contact Centre/Call Recording, Cisco Network/IP Telephony administration and support along with 5+ years working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications PortfolioYou can:Be hands on with Service ticketing tools such as ServiceNowShow strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills while also being client-centric, professional, friendly, and courteousYou are:A self-starter who can manage expectations with customersAn excellent written and verbal communicatorThe following are considered assets:CCNA/CCNP-Data or Voice CertificationCisco Contact Center Certification (UCCX)Working Conditions:Work performed in typical office environmentEnbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
