Job Description DescriptionCPX Product Management Leader responsible for developing a series of actionable, measurable, and repeatable solution offerings supporting Cisco + GTM strategy across three (3) core solution areas: ENT WANaaS, LANaaS and Hybrid Work. You and your team of Product Managers will create and manage the Cisco+ GTM playbook across solutions and industries. This role will be focused on finding product-market fit for Cisco+ solutions and optimizing our portfolio to match market changes and continuously drive growth. The leader will provide thought leadership and advisory capabilities with internal and external resources to develop market leading fully integrated customer solutions. You will be responsible for representing assigned area to all levels of sales, partners and other company management. Where appropriate, you will build strategic executive relationships with external clients and internally within company. You will manage the performance of individual contributors and the team overall, and grow and develop talent within the organization.Responsibilities:Lead an organization of GTM PM's across three key technical domains: ENT WANaaS, Campus LANaaS and Hybrid Work and drive growth through partner led selling motionsManage E2E sales solution lifecycle across the solution domains that incorporate all of the technical and service capabilities across the Cisco+ platformDefine and drives aaS solution strategies and standards to optimize performance and land opportunities.Drive and support BU business models, go-to- market strategies, and sales/marketing initiatives.Develop and maintain reference architecture and customer use cases for use across Sales, Marketing, and other Cisco+ stakeholder groupsProvide advisory and thought leadership to technical & non-technical sales resources, product marketing, and product management across solution areasPartner with sales and pursuit teams providing workshop and advisory functions for complex or non-standard deals.Be a thought leader across Cisco's traditional sales strategy pivoting away from hardware/RFP refresh deals and driving business engagement and education across customer digital transformation initiatives aligned with Cisco+ value propBuild critical GTM artefacts such as play-to-win strategy, pursuit tools and seller activation methodology/playbooksCreate internal and external messaging/positioning strategy and customer/partner value prop.Communicate C+ vision both internally and externally, drive sales engagement through transformation blueprints, outcome selling assets and help shape/influence strategic dealsProvide solution gap analysis to identify common customer solution requirements to help prioritize the solution portfolioDevelop sales enablement plans to help develop the needed skills and capabilities across our sales community and pursuit teamsProvide external leadership to industry, analyst community, and press.Education and Experience Required:University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred.Achieved planned financial results within a business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level.Typically 15-20 years experience in multiple technology related sales functions, regions, or business models resulting in broad business knowledge and how to drive a P&LKnowledge and Skills:Sales Solution Development & ImplementationProduct Management, Product Marketing and Channel Development experienceExperience leading a team of Product Managers, Business Development Managers or Marketing professionalsOrchestrates customer development strategy that reflect the company's business strategy, to advance market share/penetration, and achieve profitable growth.Budget Management & Cost OptimizationEstablishes, tracks and enforces spending parameters to protect the company's business and sales assets, and ensures their effective engagement.Business and Financial AcumenExhibits authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; Understands the portfolio aspect of the company's products/services and how the businesses work together.Change ManagementDevelops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization.Problem SolvingApproaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.Global FocusDrives global standards for resources, practices, and infrastructure down through organization.LeadershipAble to lead effectively in a complex and fast changing environment, and deliver results.Able to influence without direct authority.Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative.Drives team performance to best in classWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
