Job Description:

Help bug fixing during development and pre & post production Development support and performing code reviews Support in Proof of concept, build Platform core capability pilots Support/coordinate during VDI configuration, Platform issues, control room management (License, Role, Access, Users, Bot insights etc.) On demand support in RPA implementation lifecycle, control room management, Platform management etc. Support any technical issues in production Bots, triage and enable quick closure of issues on high priority Act as gatekeeper for any bot that is deployed in production. (from UAT stage till Go-Live) Best practice sharing, Error handling and able to support in exceptions handling
