As an IT Systems Developer you will design, develop and analyze information systems supporting a laboratory environment.

Summarized Purpose: The Office 365 Developer should have a developing and customizing solutions built on SharePoint. Should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on O365 platform. Overall, the Developer should have extremely strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of O365/SharePoint platform capability.
This position will provide both development and operational support for our Microsoft 365 environment.
Essential Functions: Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SPfx apps.
Develop and troubleshoot on SharePoint (On-prem and SharePoint Online).
Interact with project team to deliver solutions based upon gathered requirements.
Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, monitoring performance measures, change management in a multi-platform environment.
Collaborate with end users and business owners for gathering business requirement or troubleshooting.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 3+ years working in O365 SharePoint Environment
Working experience with SPFx and React.
Working experience with Microsoft (Office) 365 Suite.
Working experience with Microsoft Teams.
Working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
Experience with Developing solutions in Azure, a plus.
Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly) and Rest API experience preferred
Certified O365/SharePoint a plus.
Demonstrated experience working with cloud vendors (preferably Microsoft)
Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.
Take ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
