Prepare and distribute Daily Sales/Shipping reports Prepare and distribute Daily Direct LabHours/Overhead Reports - Actual vs. Target Process inventory adjustments based the requests from Material Control Department Reconcile daily labhours between Baan and Krono and communicate with plant supervisors Prepare and assess GRNI Reports (generate report, contact customers fmissing invoices, and communicate with accounts payable) Assist daily and weekly cycle count and WIP count audit Comply and respond finternal and external audit requests Update all the Month End forms requested by OneStream, Reporting software Perform ad hoc reports Skills & Qualifications Undergraduate Degree, majoring Accounting Finance Preference given to the candidates with previous working experience in accounting/finance audit
