Clinical Pharmacist Full-time Job

Comply with the Clinical Pharmacology Unit (CPU) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice, International Conference on Harmonization Guidelines, Good Pharmacy Practice, project protocols, and applicable state or federal regulations to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the CPU pharmacy

Conduct clinical study activities involving investigational drug services according to the protocol and monitoring plan in accordance with the study timelines

Ensure that the study medication is stored in compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as the project protocol and CPU SOP specifications

Ensure that the study medication is correctly prepared and labeled for dosing in a manner that is in compliance with the project protocol, randomization code, CPU SOPs, as well as federal, state and local regulations

Prepare intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections when required

Accurately complete source documents and other study-related paperwork and report when investigational drug services input is required

Maintain randomization records and assist with the unblinding, when necessary

Be available to Study Physician to assist in the identification of potential drug interactions
