Resource Management Associate III (pre-clinical services) Full-time Job

Study scheduling and resource management (80%) Provides workload support in a scheduling function across multiple global services lines. Has knowledge in interpreting study designs and reviews design changes as they apply. Schedules milestones and details for studies run in the supported service lines. Updates and maintains proposal and schedule information in management information databases Monitors capacity utilization for the supported services lines. Has basic knowledge of the systems being used in their core scheduling function. Assists in the production, interpretations and analysis of routine business reports. Provides general information about departmental workloads, processes and operations to internal clients. Leads the development and implementation of selected scheduling processes and/or process improvement opportunities. Drives harmonization across global sites.
