IT Technology Services Specialist- APJ Full-time Job

The Role

As a Technology Consultant, you will analyze customer’s business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders.

This includes different technical tasks (advisory and hands-on execution based on tickets) out of the following areas: technical configuration & integration of SAP software, release upgrades, application lifecycle management as well as day to day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes.

In addition, you might also work on changing our system setup guidelines, validating new application, designing work instructions or drive automation initiatives. You will also focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and create technical documentation, incl. technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines.
