Job Description: • Perform and deliver Quality Operations services to ensure product quality compliance and regulatory workflows. • Utilize workflow applications (e.g., SAP Dragon, SUBWAY, TEDI) to execute service deliverables. • Escalate GxP and non-GxP issues and ensure timely investigation and compliance with operating procedures. • Support service quality and process improvement projects, as well as CAPA management within Quality Service Centers. • Extract and compile analytical, manufacturing, and regulatory data in a predefined format. • Collect stability data and reports for product evaluations and support maintenance of APR/PQR schedule. • Track and follow up on complaint sample availability and send technical complaints for investigation. • Perform quarterly complaint trending and reporting.
