Excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing clients to describe hospital assignment details, pay, per diem and benefits. Create a high-quality pipeline of candidates by various outreach efforts, including via emails, high volume of calls, LinkedIn, FB, job boards and other sources. Develops recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified Nurses & medical professionals. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates Full cycle recruitment – staying connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
