The ideal candidate should have the skills listed below but in addition should be a self-driven, dedicated individual who works well in a team and thinks and acts strategically. Responsible fthe Developerpment, maintenance and support of multiple distributed applications Implementation in line with company policies, based on a review of transactional applications, referential data sources, and client needs Recommend solutions fperformance tuning existing designs and code Help maintain the integrity and security of the solution Work as a liaison between the business and Developerpment team in all phases of Developerpment from solution definition to deployment. Experience with agile Developerpment approach to produce high quality solutions on budget and on time. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical and system specifications. Contributing to scalability of the solutions Analyzing existing designs and interfaces and creating design extensions enhancements Testing software designs and solutions (including debugging and troubleshooting) Promote the firms values and set an example fteam members upholding those values QUALIFICATIONS Exp- 6-10yrs Required skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems related field required (Masters degree preferred) Lead ETL (Informatica) Developerpment with strong knowledge of Oracle/relational database, Unix, KSH, Windows, Autosys Data analysis and modeling Liaison between the business clients, Developerpment teams Self starter and strong problem solving skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions and different roles. SDLC and Agile Developerpment methodology Proven ability to work in distributed systems
