Preparation of hire documentation. Plans and coordinates onboarding activities f hires through partnerships with managers, the (PEO) Professional Employer Organization and support functions (i.e. IT, Communications, etc.). Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field required. Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources management experience. Strong knowledge of State employment laws and statutes. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite related software. Proficiency with HR systems and software. SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP highly desired. Knowledge of laboratory, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical industries highly preferred.
