Hands-on experience implementing software products; ERP software/applications experience Proven knowledge of software Developerpment, QA and implementation methodologies Exemplary client-facing, technical and business service and support skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively Developerp and maintain client relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven capabilities interacting professionally with all levels of an organization i.e. executives, technical teams and subject matter experts, both internally and externally Demonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical and critical thinking to strategies, practices and problem-resolution; ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detail Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Time management skills ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines High level of integrity and ownership fwork products and timely deliverables Goal and results oriented Demonstrated willingness to learn Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude; able to work independently and as member of a team Highly reliable and dedicated work ethic consistent attendance and punctuality are critical Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and rapid change Willingness to pitch in anywhere and wherever, as business needs demand Self-motivated; self-directed; highly-organized; strong attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree
