Full Job DescriptionJob Overview Department Implementation / Delivery Experience / Qualifications A high caliber B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science with 8 to 10 years of prior experience in Implementation from Health Care Industry Preferably experience with RCM role and process life cycle in Hospital or clinics Core Competencies Excellent oral and verbal amp; written communication skills. Candidates must be willing to travel in India or abroad Should have excellent analytical skills and customer oriented. Working experience in Ticketing and tracking system Multi-task and work independently or within a team Skills Understanding the Patient billing principles, Charge management, Claims handling Understanding the ERP Principles, Knowledge in AR, AP and GL Posting Basic understanding of programming Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server Querying, DML Strong Documentation skill is required Job Responsibilities Understand stakeholders, their expectations and communicate proactively Perform and deliver milestones with awareness of responsibilities, accountabilities related with this role Experience in understanding the project phases System study and Gap Analysis and requirement gathering for implementation/customization in different modules. Analysis and provides explnation/orientataion for Customer requirements Understood their requirements, mapped the requirements to existing functionality and passed on requests for enhancements to Technical Team. Escalates the New and Change Requirement document to BA and Product Team If Client need suggest standard process flow for their activities Before starting the training process, sign off from customer on agreement for Customization, Process flow, Solution design and master data. Provide End User training and get User training sign-off After successful Go- Live of application, get Implementation Sign-off from customer. Giving Demonstration of product to the Clients if necessary To quickly identify and rectify the common issues Coordinating with Clients and answering / solving the queries Providing Online amp; Off line support to the Users Whenever updating Application new version inform and explain to the customers about Bug fixed and enhancements before. Analysis and Raising enhancements as per the requirement of customer Involved in Functionality Testing Giving support for upgrading amp; maintaining the software in line with the changing needs of the organization Documentation of the daily activities status reports, issues reporting, deliverable documents Reports to Client Account Manager/Implementation Project Manager/Head of Implementation
