Network Engineer Full-time Job

Deliverables:

1) Administration of Network ticketing queue

2) Administration of Cisco routers, Switches, Citrix ADC, SD-WAN

3) Vendor calls opening and follows for ISPs in respective countries

4) Coordination with Tech support of respective vendors

5) Timely call escalation to Network senior resources or the escalation support team

6) Switch, Router, ADC, SDWAN, Wireless controllers, Link troubleshooting and recovery in case of any outage

7) Back-up link availability testing and monitoring

8) Device Configuration management

9) Configuration Backup Management

10) WLAN Configuration fine-tuning
