Ownership

Serves as the primary trainer for clinical systems and deliver end user training or system demonstration in groups, individual sessions, and team meetings. Take complete ownership for timely development, roll out, ongoing review and maintenance of training materials, ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the training material content.

Define Define the roadmap for clinical systems training including appropriate strategiesactivities required to achieve the desired learning outcomes during clinical system implementation, upgrade, and new change release projects. Develops training plans with clearly defined training delivery SLA s and risks in correlation with IT project planning and guidelines to meet the implementation timelines. Define training KPI metrics and present monthlyquarterly updates to Clinical Systems Manager, Systems Owners and Functional Leads.

Develop

Prepare training materials viz. manuals, QRG s, videos, workflows, FAQ s, competency assessment and supplies needed for each clinical system in support of employee roles and day to day job functions with main objective of enhancing user adoption of clinical systems and data compliance. Develop system workflows to integrate system functionality with operational procedures in collaboration with the Systems Team. Assists in the revision of existing materials as necessary to reflect the needs of the audience, application enhancements and system upgrades. Setup inbuilt training help components in Clinical Systems e.g. iHelp, SelfHelp etc. Prepare and publish clinical systems newsletter to applicable user groups.

Demonstrate

Participates in business and clinical systems meetings to assess user feedback, gather future requirements for training modifications, and provide status on competency, adoptions, and utilization rates of existing training materials. Reviews operational policies, procedures, helpdesk data to assess the need for refresher trainings. Provide training support to Novotech users by answering questions and including reinforcement work sessions, departmental meetings, and onthejob refresher trainings. Acts as a mentor to Clinical Systems Administrator s teams for clinical knowledge and provides timely training. Able to manage small and large training requirements whilst liaising with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure optimum success. Promotion and demonstration of newexisting clinical systems during new product launch trainings. Provides postproduction support for end users and participates in application testing, simulations, and golive activities, including production support of new projects or production enhancements from training perspective. Assist L&D team to conduct CRADepartment training programs specifically related to clinical systems functionality. Assists Clinical Systems team with communication to assigned groupsend users regarding new features functionality, new workflows, training, system availability, and downtime notification etc. Can utilise training needs analysis tools to gather evidencebased training gaps to target business needs. Understand and implement the approach of addressing the needs found with bite size, just in time learning to build learner competence at speed. Knowing how to toggle between synchronous and asynchronous learning methods for engaging adult learning pedagogy. Use of digital platforms for survey information gathering to feed back into the training materials development process. Knowing diverse ways and methods to engage adult learners such as flashcards, flipped classroom, to drive learner engagement and information retention.
