During the tax portion of your internship, you will spend time in our corporate offices, preparing basic tax returns under the supervision and guidance of a senitax preparer. You will learn to use tax professional preparation software and you will familiarize yourself with applicable tax laws and regulations. During the audit portion of your internship, you will be assigned to one of our audit teams at a client location and participate in two more financial plan audits benefit plan audits. You will familiarize yourself with professional standards and assist staff auditors with specific audit functions. At the conclusion of your internship, you will receive a specific performance review to help you assess your areas of strength and professional interests. Qualifications Currently enrolled in BBA program with a majin Accounting, MPA PPA program Minimum 3.0 GPA, 3.50 preferred Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in public accounting Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
