Full Job DescriptionRole Purpose: Play a key role in the successful development, measurement and automation of business processes in line with IQVIA AMESA transformation agenda and business priorities.

Principal Accountabilities: 1. Business Process Management o Closely work with subject matter experts and function heads to map detailed business processes using appropriate BPM tools, outlining inputs, outputs and system interfaces. o Support and deliver cross-functional process improvement initiatives aligned to the roadmap set forth by Business Transformation. o Proactively review and analyze As-Is business processes and coordinate the implementation of strategies to streamline To-Be workflows. o Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within functions, supporting the organization' s focus on driving operational efficiencies. o Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate and current work instructions, policies and procedures for all the service lines. o Maintain a central repository of processes, procedures and templates on SharePoint. 2. Continuous Improvement o Develop, implement, track and report process metrics to measure performance and compliance with PPG' s strategic and operational KPIs. o Recommend appropriate corrective actions and processes changes according to detailed analyses on problems and nonconformities, following Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, ITIL methodologies. o Facilitate BPM-related change management initiatives by actively supporting the development of relevant training materials and communication, in conjunction with Organizational Change Management Specialist and Business Transformation Manager. 3. Design o Play an active role in the solution design phase during client engagements, enabling business process identification, mapping and analysis. o Develop business process models for clients using tools such as MS Visio or other BPM tools and facilitate process simulations, as required. Minimum Education, Experience, amp; Specialized Knowledge Required: Bachelor' s degree or equivalent in business administration or IT Minimum five years' experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement and business excellence. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ITIL certification desirable. Job Profile Role Summary
