About the Department
The Commercial amp; Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy amp; Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.
The Position
As a Sr. Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:
You will develop content for communication of globally renowned brands of Novo Nordisk with involvement into creating / formatting PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF documents used for internal and external brand communication based on inputs from Marketing teams in USA affiliate. You will also develop and maintain creative branded content to be used in Brand Portal, Ex websites amp; Veeva portal an internal web portal of Novo Nordisk which will be accessed by HCPs amp; Patient in USA. You will develop and maintain creative branded content for webpages, newsletters and symposiums
You will create brochures, infographic reports, posters and presentations for a range of internal and external brand communication based on inputs from USA Marketing team. You will liaise with effective communication and expectation setting with the internal and Global Marketing teams with regard to expected quality and timelines on delivery You will evaluate and recommend new methods, materials and equipment for use in graphic designing and follow standards and guidelines for consistent corporate visual identity along with working on AEM environment to support web production
As this role is with Content Hub, a new service within NN and has been established to enable the delivery of a future global multichannel vision. The role holder must thus:
Identify problems and significantly improve, change, or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback Take initiative and drive solution finding to complex problems that arise Independently plan and follow up on execution, project progress and evaluation of needed resources
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor' s Degree in science / arts. Graphical design background with a solid understanding of brand communication preferably in healthcare/pharma industry Prior experience in graphic designing, in medical communications / pharmaceutical industry is preferable. You hold a minimum of 3-5 years of graphical design experience required. A background in designing for brand communication preferably in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Adobe CC 2020 including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Scanning and digital photography, video making amp; editing experience helpful Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities. Effectively follow review/approval process to obtain approvals and signatures for projects
