Roles & Responsibilities:Provide support, as needed, to the global Quality & Compliance department; and/or, where required, to other ICON departments. Oversight and tracking of sponsor investigator site audits Data entry into ICON's QMS (Quality Management System) Supporting Q&C team with CAPA follow-up and collection of evidence Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs. Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international. Understanding of purpose, objective, practices and procedures of the job role. Keep the person to whom the Process Specialist reports to informed of any QA issues within the department that require attention. Capable and knowledgeable of system functionality and requirements pertaining to job role. Serve as backup to other Q&C Process Specialists (globally), as necessary.
