EE HW Engineer Full-time Job

Technical Skills:

ï‚· Identify risk and propose a preliminary mitigation idea. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.

ï‚· Independently build and execute work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects.

ï‚· Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

ï‚· Critical Thinking, ability to comprehend the situation/ Problem, Escalate on time.

ï‚· Handled More than 5 projects, end to end Product development experience.

ï‚· Good understanding on working through the complete project life cycle management (PLM)

ï‚· Fair understanding of EOL management

ï‚· Design for Robustness under the guidance of the Systems engineer (DFR. DFSS, DFT & DFM)

ï‚· Coordinate effectively with the Labs to perform the testing & technical execution.

ï‚· Work independently cross functional teams to understand customer requirement, participate in system / subsystem design review.

ï‚· Lead finalization of electronics design requirements by collaborating / reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.
