This assignment is benefits eligible.PurposeThe Senior Administrative Associate (SAA) position is responsible for providing operational support to the Medical Education UME curriculum team. They will support the infrastructure and organizational functions.ResponsibilitiesSupport Dell Medical School students in medical education. Assist the students as a resource and point of contact for questions and concerns. Support advisory and planning committees to effectively plan and execute courses and events.Support the Learning Management System (Canvas) course syllabus, support documents, exams, assignments, and communication. Update student Wiki resource site. Participate in cross-functional teams and activities that support learning, and collaboration.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and three years of clerical experience, including one year of experience at either the Administrative Assistant or the Administrative Associate level, OR high school graduation or GED, and seven years of clerical experience. Must be proficient in Excel, selected candidates will be tested on Excel proficiency. Must have experience in general office management. Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
