The Data & Research Manager (Clinical Business Analyst L I) Developerps and manages the data collection systems and methods that support PSOT's clinical and business analytical needs and grant reporting requirements. The Manager is responsible fmaintaining and improving PSOT's internal database, and fdesigning and producing reports and analyzing clinic data to inform management decisions. Minimum Qualifications

1. A Masters degree advanced clinical degree from an accredited college university; or 2. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college university and one (1) year of experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, and/functional requirements fsoftware applications Developerpment and implementation in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics related area; or, one (1) year of experience in a relevant clinical and/healthcare administration role/function; or 3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience. 4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience fa total of one (1) year.
