Responsibilities:

a Provide consulting services to stakeholdersconsumers in the Marketing and Sales analytics space for US BU

b Develop a good understanding of Marketing and Sales analytics with analytical approaches and problemsolving skills

c Developing Analytical Dashboard using BI tools like Tableau, R Shiny or Excel

d Coordinate with team in synthesizing data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPTExcel reports designed to be delivered to clients

e Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support and deliver of existing and new offerings in US team

f Contribute towards the process improvement of current deliverables

g Interact and develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time

h Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders

Experience & Skills:

a Good analytical thinking abilities

b Strong handson knowledge on the tools languages like SAS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau and Advance Excel

c Good knowledge of Statistical technique & Machine Learning Algorithms

d Strong verbal and written communication skills

e Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word

f Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently in managing the engagement

g Ability to lead a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times

h Selfmotivated with the ability to make decisions for the team

i Pharma knowledge is preferred
