Responsibilities Systems Engineer II The Systems Engineer II will deal with all aspects related to the maintenance, repair and support of systems and storage products to ensure continued operation and functionality. This role will act in a technical support capacity to ensure quality services are provided to both internal and external clients. You will be part of a highly skilled team who acts as a top tier escalation point for questions related to your expertise. You will be require that you serve as a mentor and leader for others in the organization and work to continually improve processes and practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to manage server roles & features Managing Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams and Office 365 environments Reviewing and taking action on Security alerts via e-mail and third-party security vendors. Providing recommendations for new server hardware to meet specific requirements Working with vendors in an introductory support role Comprehensive knowledge of managed services & ability to work with multiple vendors
