Outstanding contract negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to discuss complex issues to business clients and customers in a clear and simple manner both in writing and orally; Deep general knowledge of applicable law; Focused attention to detail and ability to work independently; Strong organizational and social skills and desire to make legal processes more efficient; Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and time zones with deep respect for inclusion and diversity.
