The principal function of the role is to provide a seamless front of house service to our in-house client base.

OFFICE ADMIN:

Ensure contractors sign in / out Log and distribute deliveries Report any accidents or incidents. Raise purchase orders and validate invoices Maintain utilization reports Ensure printing supplies are stocked Check the Cherwell ticketing system Assist with employee transport bookings

High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
