Process & Quality Consultant Full-time Job

The role requires a overall understanding of ITIL framework, knowledge management and agile methods and frameworks etc. to focus on the execution processes and coordinate across various operational teams (IES OPS / GCS / Multicloud).

Drive the process compliance and support the internal and external audits pertaining to ITIL processes.

Monitor queue & tickets assignments to relevant team, periodic review, regular follow-up to ensure the compliance to the defined process.

Provide periodic reporting of KPIs/metrics, showing areas of accomplishment, opportunities for continual improvement

Act as an interface between units within and outside IE Operation as well as communicating, collaborating, and interacting with other line of businesses

Assist with creation, reviewing and maintaining high quality documentation from both technical and process perspective.
