Identify the appropriate job classification, job profile, exemption status, purpose, responsibilities, required and preferred qualifications, salary ranges, max budgeted amount etc.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, internal and market data, and the needs of the organization.Work with departments to ensure adherence to recruitment, selection policy, procedures and regulatory compliance.Manage postings/positions in Workday including posting, deleting, refreshing, canceling and closing. Provide / Delete access for employees for recruitment summaries. Request and maintain associated organizations for hiring managers.Maintain knowledge and upkeep of related information for Classified, Administrative and Professional positions, job profiles, associated salary ranges, generic job descriptions, etc.Manage on-going communication with hiring departments. Provide guidance to applicants seeking employment opportunities.Maintain various question pools and assist hiring managers with applicable related questions to derive job specific information from candidates.Assist with recruitment training for hiring managers and interview panel members. Manage utlearn coordination and attendance. Maintain Intranet updates to Recruitment Page.Maintain HR Metrics for recruitment related data including managing smartsheet entries, updating Live, Closed, Deleted postings which provides statistics for the Dell Medical School on active recruitments, postings by department, monthly and fiscal year data, etc.Build compensation-related analytics around job profile codes and responsible for keeping up to date records of relevant recruitment data for all positions.Build and maintain Interview Evaluation Tools for assessing candidates, finalists.Manage current job descriptions for employees. Provide managers with examples of job descriptions for similar positions.Conduct market research to derive insights and recommendation on market trends and changes. Research and provide guidance on hard to fill positions.Manage recruitment efforts to non-UT posting websites in adherence of advertising guidelines.Manage record keeping efforts including obtaining notes, interview questions, etc.Assist hiring managers when needed with screening, interviewing, calling references, contacting candidates, etc.Manage pro-card charges for related recruitment efforts.Serve as a liaison for general HR questions and tasks.Perform other related functions as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of experience performing Human Resources functions. Experience with interview and recruitment processes and strategies. Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. Ability to manage a high volume of work assignments under dynamic circumstances while maintaining accuracy. Proven ability to exercise independent judgment; ability to exercise discretion, tact and diplomacy, ability to respond effectively within assigned deadlines; and excellent analytical and technical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to work efficiently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and respond to staff tactfully, clearly and concisely. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Professional demeanor with tact and respect at all times. Ability to address individuals and information with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality in various situations.
