Key Responsibilities

Handling of Finished product/ Intermediates/ In-process/ Raw material analysis By HPLC/GC/UV/IR/KF Autotitrators and wet analysis, sampling of Finished product/ Intermediates/ In-process/ Raw material. Preferable exposure on Working standard management and instruments calibrations(HPLC/GC/UV/IR/KF Autotitrators).

Roles and Responsibilities

Training on Receipt of Inprocess and Finished Product requisitions, Finished product sampling and analysis of inprocess & finished products as per laid down procedures.

Adherence to the product specifications for Inprocess and Finished Product.

Training on Preparation of reserve samples and its traceability as per the Specifications.

Training on Maintenance and Calibration of measuring and testing instruments/equipments as per the schedule.

Adherence to Good Laboratory Practices across the lab.

Training on Preparation of volumetric solutions and test solutions as per the requirement and its documentation.

Training on Follow Incidents, OOS/OOT as per the procedure if anything observed during analysis.

Training on Implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action across the lab as per the requirement.

Training on Analysis of process/cleaning validation samples as per the requirement.

Training on Handling documents like instrument log books, inwards and Observation Data Sheets etc.

To attend the trainings as per the schedule.

Following safety and wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in lab and during sampling as per the requirement.

Training on Daily calibration of pH meter, balances and KF apparatus as per the requirement.

To maintain the house keeping across the lab as per the requirement.

Training on Analysis of return goods /customer complaint samples as per the requirement.

Training on Evaluation of standards against to the reference standards and its documentation.

Training on Perform raw material analysis as per the requirement.
