Duties & Responsibilities:

The HR intern will be designated to our Talent Management team. Some potential projects may include:

Talent Developerpment: Assist with coordination and organization of our leadership Developerpment programs Assist with kick-off of annual performance management process Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting and staffing projects as needed Inclusion & Diversity: Support inclusion & diversity related initiates as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelors degree in HR related field required; rising JuniSenipreferred Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Able to lead initiatives as well as contribute as a team member Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in stationary position 70 Occasionally, will move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc. Must be able to operate basic office machinery Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Constantly working in office environment

Mental Demands:

Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks Must be able to multitask Must be able to receive and analyze information Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement
