Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Lab Solution Server administration & Windows Server.

2. Responsible for solving end users problem in QC, R&D and other laboratories.

3. Responsible for Validation of Software Application & Computer systems.

4. Responsible for reviews of GAMP & 21 CFR Guidelines in LAB Computer systems.

5. Perform quality reviews of HPCL, GC, Tiamo, Jasco Spectra manager and CSV documentation, define metrics and produce metrics reports for continuous improvements, Ensure training compliance.

6. Responsible for Active Directory and Domain Services.

7. Responsible IT Infrastructure Management as per CGMP & 21 CFR guide line.

8. Responsible for SOP, documentation, CAPA, Incident Report in laboratory.

9. To suggest upgradation, IT compliance and Software patch management in QC and other laboratories.

10. Responsible for Back up and restoration.

11. Responsible for maintain IT Security, access control and users rights as per company policy.

12. Coordinate Incident Management, along with the related corrective and preventative actions required to establish/maintain validated systems.
