Lead Medical Operations Full-time Job

Operations team leaders manage a diverse workforce in organizations to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

They implement processes and programs, ensure helpful services for customers, and oversee maintenance of buildings, machinery and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance. Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members. Monitor the cleanliness and safety of facility, both interior and exterior. Schedule routine inspections and as-needed repairs with outside vendors. Write reports on inspections, maintenance, repairs, safety and any other events. Collaborate with building owners and management on facilities budgeting.
