Desired Qualification- ï‚· Should have a Bachelors or Master's degree in pharmacy/biotechnology/Biochemistry or other relevant scientific discipline with 2/3 years experience in Quality Assurance. Desired Expectations ï‚· Knowledge of GMP standards, SOPs and quality management systems ï‚· Awareness of QMS as per ISO13485: 2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards ï‚· Data collection and management ï‚· Customer service orientation ï‚· Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers ï‚· Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels ï‚· Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills ï‚· Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines ï‚· Ability to add value, reduce costs and make improvements ï‚· Computer literate, especially Excel skills
