IT Service Delivery Full-time Job

Will be solely responsible for all IT needs of run phase engagements, will bridge the gap between the end users and IT world. A dedicated IT ‘Single Point of Contact’ responsible for an engagement for the life of the contract. Engagement relationship management with a focus to Fulfill engagement technology needs and ensure a smooth ‘Run the Business’ Project mobilization to support desired business outcomes – Revenue, Margin, Satisfaction Cost and Risk management. Coordination with required resolver groups in major incidences, repetitive incidences be it – Infrastructure, Network, Application etc. Should able to provide detail first hand technical details in case of issues. Take active part in finalizing functional requirements with delivery team for any application change. Driving Global IT initiatives/projects with engagements. Provide value addition to the engagement from cost and effort savings.
