Job Details

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Should understand backup and its related components and worked on any one or more backup tools

Should have knowledge on monitoring and reporting tools and related process.

Participate in restore, patching activities, Backup Reporting etc.

Should understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge base articles

Scripting Knowledge Automation skills will be a value add.

Strong verbal and written communications skills are desirable.

Flexibility work in shifts for 24x7 support
