About the department The Data Office is a recently established unit in Digital, Data & IT with a direct link into the Digital, Data, and IT Committee, acting as the counterpart for and in collaboration with Line of Business. The focus of the Data Office is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk's Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data across the enterprise. Therefore, the Data Office is responsible for developing the Data Foundation capabilities and enable acceleration of business value delivery of various strategic initiatives through their adoption together with implementing data governance for key data domains across the organisation's data landscape. As it's a new unit, the number of employees is growing continuously, aligned to the speed of maturity of the data capabilities within the organisation. The Position The position will be responsible for developing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) solutions for different business areas in Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and supporting our data applications and infrastructure utilising various technologies to process large volumes of data. Creating solutions and environments to enable Analytics and Business Intelligence capabilities. Deploying mappings that will run in a scheduled batch or real-time environment. Document all mappings mapplets and rules in detail and hand over documentation to the customer. Be proactive in engaging in close dialogue with vendors, System managers and stakeholders across the globe to understand needs for ETL (Extract, transform, load) and IICS in a particular business area and develop and design solutions as per the need. Asking right questions to different stakeholders to understand the nuances of the requirements and suggest technical solutions for the problem areas not only with IICS but also with other enterprise tools that are available and working together.
