Job Responsibilities Ensure accurate data entries on PeopleSoft, Oracle, SNOW within stipulated SLAs to provide better customer experience. Always maintaining quality of delivery and readiness from audit and compliance perspective. Recognize recurring issues on all systems and report to supervisor. Responsible for picking data audits. Be able to run and track reports as required by Business. Providing support to team members and communicate effectively. Keep a check and collaborate internally to manage volume and accuracy. Drive automation and bring process improvement as applicable. Being a support system to Supervisor and collaborate with a broader perspective. Performs analysis, provides corrective action planning and process improvement recommendations for HR Systems, HR transactional and inter-departmental practices. Supports and help implementing local and global project. Be a mentor for data management team. Qualifications
What we’re looking for • 6+ years of experience in HR operations
Experience of APAC and India region Degree in Business or HR preferred Strong communications & organizational skills with ability to multi-task among competing priorities.College Prior experience of working on Peoplesoft or Oracle and ticketing tool is an add on. High level proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint is required. Experience in audits, data quality control measures and reports are mandate. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion. Operates independently with limited supervision required. Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires other to do the same.
