Finance Controller Full-time Job

Job Requirements • Preparation of Expenses Budget • GL Scrutiny with proper GL Code & Cost Center • Scrutiny of Scrap or other sale with proper rate contract agreement • Reviewing Open Process orders for Chennai / Purchase Orders for both plants • Reviewing GRN Pending and getting them entered in the system • Budgeting for Solvent Recovery & Yield • Monthly Provisions Expenses • Collecting cost improvement/cost saving budget from plant head • Preparation of Expenses Budget • Monthly Yield Gain / Loss Report • Monthly Solvent Gain / Loss Report • Setting up standard cost for new product • Preparation of Product Cost Sheet • Inventory reduction target • Identification of Slow & Non-moving items • Tracking of savings on various initiatives. • Engg Ware House Inventory Monitoring • Monthly end to end calculation of PTCP/Palladium recovery and purchase (as per annxeure) - Only support for NAGAR • Platinum Stock report at Third Party • Job Work stock to Costing team & Pending GRN RM report • Day to Day support to plant employees for their queries, closely work with cross functional team to support verification of billing & accounting.
