Ensure service level adherence to provide seamless guidance to leads, so as to start their journey with IBM. Handling queries and escalations from leads (people interested in IBM programs) and learners. Able to manage large amounts of chats effectively. Provide support in resolving leads queries via Chat. Identify and assess the lead's needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with leads through open and interactive communication. Identify lead needs and suggest suitable programs. Update our internal CRM with information about leads and conversations with them. Gather lead's feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
