Gerber Technology is transforming from an in-house manufacturer of hardware to an end-to-end solution provider of hardware, software, and services. As we change the business, our systems and processes need to change as well. As an application Developer, you will be involved in altering existing systems and Developerping systems to meet these needs.

Some of the technologies currently in use include SAP ECC, SAP BW, Salesforce, .NET. MS SQL, MS SSRS, Oracle databases, QlikView, QlikSense.

This individual should be a self-starter/learner who is ready to engage with the business to find ways to use technology to improve business processes. This individual should have experience in several of the technologies above and have integrated them together. Additionally, this person should be prepared to suggest and learn technologies. Responsibilities: Responsible fDeveloperping and implementing solutions to address complex business issues. Conducts requirement analysis, documents technical specifications and test plans, and writes, reviews, and debugs code. Recommends product revisions enhancements based on user feedback. Research, analyze and document reports, batch, and web-based processes. Focuses on clean, reliable, quality work. Works independently directly with business users to gather and Developerp specifications, as well as working as part of a team on larger efforts. Works within established standards while also assisting to transform existing standards. Qualifications:

Experience and skills that make you a great fit:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering equivalent working experience. Team player: collaborative with strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively work as part of a Developerpment team in the design of software applications. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Comfortable working with both well-defined specifications and more flexible requirements. Experience working with several of the following tools: .NET. MS SQL, Web services, Salesforce, BI Tools. Demonstrated track record of learning and leveraging languages/systems. Experience working in both traditional water projects, as well as more lean/agile efforts.
