Responsibilities

Technical Ownership of the Application Interact with business teams, SMEs, and project managers to understand business needs/issues, analyze them and transform them into technical designs/fixes. Proactively provide ideas and solutions to automate and reduce support activities. Troubleshooting complex SQLs / indexes Writes, tests, and supports deployment of new Informatica workflows or modifies existing workflows Participates in RCA, Patching Activities, and Certificate Renewals Ability to develop, maintain and troubleshoot SSIS packages Develop mapping document Carry out Unit testing and assist QA team during Integration testing
