Develop and refine SQL queries to analyze pharmacy claims

Resource to Set Up retail pharmacy 340b data transfer between pharmacies and vendor

Occasionally will be required to lift up to 25 lbs

Modify and set up benefits based on requirements provided by the customer

Perform testing and validation to confirm the new benefit setup processes as expected and meets customer requirements and all appropriate forms and documentation are fully and accurately completed

Troubleshoot and perform research on basic to moderately complex claims processing issues or customer inquiries

Provide input in evaluating how to best set up customer benefits (e.g., different tables, different benefit setup approaches)

Act as a support resource to the customer while participating as a member of the Benefits team

Responsible for, but not limited to, the analytical functions for creating & supporting standard pharmacy services reporting

Develops queries, analyses and deliverables for pharmacy services including standard and ad-hoc reports
