Business Systems Analyst Full-time Job

Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning Own the current and future state and drive delivery through clear and bite size steps. Support execution teams with complex development and operational challenges. Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements / re-engineering across the team Researches and responds to customer issues/monitors queue (i.e., security access, break/fix, reporting). Troubleshoots and assists in resolving simple to moderately complex application functionality issues. Performs testing of new releases of applications/interfaces. Triage incoming software integration requests. Applies left shift mindset and owns the E2E quality of the deliverable. Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
