Full Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst Clinical Operations Account Reporting
Under broad guidance, provides reporting and analytics to ensure clients obtain maximum value from products and services in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship, either broad client or offering focused.
Essential Functions
Must have analytical thinking skills Advanced Excel skills required and Spotfire development skills highly desirable. Must have in-depth understanding of Ramp;DS data, its systems and data flow. Familiarity with CTMS, QRPM-PPM and RM, PeopleSoft, Clinical Analytics all highly desirable Ensures fulfillment of reporting and ad-hoc client requests to build client satisfaction, under supervision Assists team members to build, establish and maintain effective business relationships with Account Teams to proactively support their needs focused on reporting and analytics. Ensures, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality. Supports the Account Reporting team with all standardized processes, including refreshing Spotfire data tables, data collection, data validation, quality checks for reporting. Support the Account Reporting team with ad-hoc requests, such as analytics and metric calculations. Support the Account Teams with access management and audits of their Account Workspaces Maintains effective internal communications with Account Teams and functional groups Researches, analyzes and responds to internal customers that require an in-depth understanding of the client' s existing contracts. May mentor and lead other client service reps and represent the manager in their absence.

Experience
Typically requires 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience.
Knowledge
Requires intermediate level knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Education
Bachelor's Degree, or advanced schooling or certification in relevant fields e.g.: analytics, statistics, etc.
Additional Work Experience
Four 4 years of related work experience One 1 to two 2 years experience with IQVIA Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of business analytics Broad knowledge of IQVIA products and the Pharmaceutical industry Advanced proficiency in Excel Must be good in power point, SharePoint and IQVIA datasets Willing to learn analytical tool e.g. Spotfire Strong team player with ability to work independently Comfortable working remotely and within a virtual global team Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization written and oral and to manipulate large transactional databases Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment Ability to travel to IQVIA offices as appropriate
