To succeed in this role, you must: Have a B.Des M.Des degree Be excited to learn the enterprise domain and be motivated to solve complex problems fusers Participate in user research activities including bility testing, seeking to understand user needs Produce designs ranging from whiteboard sketches to high fidelity mockups Demonstrate an ability to apply typography, color, and layout principles as they relate to UI Demonstrate an ability to visually express ideas with clarity Have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Preferred: Rapid interactive prototyping skills Data visualization skills

What you will learn How to create and iterate designs that are informed and validated through user research How to effectively communicate your design concepts to a variety of audiences and stakeholders How to work in a cross-disciplinary environment, with product managers and engineers, to create compelling designs that meet the needs of our users How to facilitate collaborative design discussions and activities
